About Us
WHO WE ARE 
Group Sur Andes, SAT, is a travel agency comprised of a professional and highly trained staff, with university studies of minimum 5 years and extensive experience of over 20 years in the tourism business. Our main office is located in the city of Lima and Cusco, where we have our departments of reservations, sales and operations. We also have representatives from our company on the ground all throughout Peru, creating an extensive network from where our customers will always have access to us no matter where they are.

Angela Gonzalez (Cusco Agent) 
My name is Angela, I am a founder of SAT Company, which started operations in 2001;I studied for 5 years in “Universidad Andina del Cusco”, in the area of Travel and Tourism Management and hotel management. I have worked in several fields within the profession, such as for Inkaterra Hotels and other important travel agencies in Peru, where I learned a lot about the management of tourist companies. I love my job and I always do it with a great effort and dedication to exceed our client’s expectations of our services. My goal is to serve travelers by applying high standards and ethics in all aspects of the business. I especially enjoy the challenge of immersing myself in the cultural dynamics of Peru to successfully collaborate with local operators, communities and partners.
Karen Gilmore. (Lima Agent) 
My name is Karen, I am a graduate of the “Universidad Andina del Cusco” in Peru with 5 years of studies in the professional career of Tourism Management. After finishing college, I worked for 4 years for the company “Carnival Cruise Lines”, a multinational company of cruise ships in North America, acquiring extensive experience in customer service. Afterwards, I studied for a Master’s degree in Tourism Management in Barcelona – Spain, where at the same time I worked in different companies in the tourism sector for travel agencies and in related fields.
Since I have lived and traveled extensively around the world, I also feel I am a “Traveler” too, so I know about all the needs of travelers when they are in foreign countries. This is the reason why I provide to my customers a personalized and expert service, and I am always ready to personally take care of all their travel needs. I have the responsibility of all Incoming tours and logistics in all of Peru. I am a fluent English speaker and have a good working knowledge of French and Italian. Overall, all of my qualifications and experience make me an expert “Travel Planner”.
Sandra Fontalvo (Travel Advisor) 
Hello, my name is Sandra, I’m from Colombia and I have been living in Peru for almost 8 years, my desire to learn more about Peru brought me here first as a tourist and now I call Peru “my home”. Now I am proud to say I work for Sur Andes tours in customer service, always helping our clients with all of their questions and traveling needs. I am very happy to live in this beautiful country and be able to promote it both in Colombia and in other South American countries.
Luis Ccori (Professional tour guide) 
Hello, my name is Luis, I m a Professional Tour Guide and Archaeologist with 10 years of University studies. My career in Archaeology makes me stand out from other tour guides: I have a much broader knowledge of all of the archaeological sites and ruins of Peru, which is all to your benefit. I will give you a tour that exceeds your expectations, and I go above and beyond the service that a normal tour guide would provide to you. I have more than 15 years’ experience, working in all aspects of tourism as a Tour Conductor and tour guide in all of Perú
Patricia Abarca (Professional tour guide) 
Hello, my name is Patricia, I received a degree in Tourism from the University of Cusco, and I have more than 10 years’ experience showing tour groups around all of the various attractions in the city of Cuzco, as well as a few destinations outside of the city. Overall, I have great pride in my hometown of Cuzco, and this pride is reflected in my work, as my personal goal as your tour guide is to show you why Cuzco has such a special place in my heart as well as why it is an absolutely amazing travel destination for everyone.

Hello my name is Christian, I am a graduate of the University of Lima in the field of Tourism. My services are the first you will receive upon your arrival: I’m responsible for picking up customers and giving them all the transportation services they need within the great city of Lima.
