After she had studied for 5 years at the University Andina of Cusco-Peru she had graduated as a Professional in Tourism Management in the areas of Travel agencies and Hotel Managment.

She is responsible for all overseas contacts and the administrative work.

With a huge experience working in the tourism industry for more than 15 years in the best Hotels of Cusco and Machupicchu as EL Pueblo Hotel, now Inkaterra and important travel agencies of Peru,  she has set up in 2000 her own travel agency with the mean base in Cusco and working with our operators in all cities of Peru. She is also a good English speaker.

Incoming Manager:

Karen:

Professional graduated in the University Andina of Cusco – Peru with 5 years of studies.

After her University studies she has worked for about 4 years in a multinational company of Cruise ships in North America, acquiring experience in the deal with the client and the discharge quality of the service to them.

After that she has started with “Sur Andes Tours” for about 9 years, becoming always qualified getting  a Master in “Management of Tourism Companies” in Barcelona-Spain.

She has now the responsibility of all Incoming tours and logistics in all Peru. She is an English speaker and she has knowledge of French and Italian languages.  She is now an expert “Travel Planner”.

Tour Guides:

All our staff or tour guides are LICENSED and interpreted in different languages as Spanish, English, Italian, Portugues, Japanise, German and French. All of them had studied at least 3 years at the Universities of Cusco.

Over the years we have built up a professional team of guides, cooks, porters and horsemen as well as excellent camping equipment. By providing a relaxed and enjoyable working environment together with being able to provide constant work throughout the year Sur Andes Tours has been lucky enough to attract some of the best guides in Peru.
