First Day: Posada Amazonas
Reception and transfer to Tambopata river, 2 hours trip by boat to Posada Amazonas Hotel. During the trip we will see typical birds around the river and a great forest. When arriving at the Inn we will receive one short direction on lodge and "the Ese'eja Project of Ecoturism", if the time us allows it we will embark in the evening in an activity, soon we will see a video about Tambopata. Supper and spends the night.
Second Day: Posada Amazonas
Soon of the breakfast we will visit a beautiful Guacamayos Collpa, parrots and Papagayos, located to 10 minutes walking, being able to photograph these wonderful birds. Tens and hundreds of these, are congregated in this place to feed themselves on clay. Lunch. We will visit some native earth knowing its agriculture and some problems fires in this place, for that reason we will understand the importance of the Ese'eja project. Supper and spends the night.
Third Day: Tambopata
We will visit the Three Chimbadas Lake, where we will be able to appreciate gigantic rivers, turtles and variety of birds, continuing the trip until the Tambopata river, to 3 or 4 hours within the heart of the reserve. We will begin to see the abundance of fauna like cayman, ducks, and we will arrive at Tambopata Reseach Center. We will have a direction session, soon we will have a long walk of 1.5 miles "Bamboo Trail". Return and it has supper. (Optional: long walk in the forest at night).
Fourth Day: Tambopata
Very early. Cross a river, we will enjoy the greatest Collpa of the world where hundreds of parrots and guacamayos about of 15 species are congregated there. Return to the hotel for the breakfast and we will walk 1,5 miles by "Ocelot Trail". Lunch and soon you will walk 2 miles towards the marsh of Palms, a blue and golden colony where they rest Guacamayos. Return and it has supper.
Fifth Day: Posada Amazonas
We will visit the Guacamayos Collpa, after the breakfast we will visit a beautiful lake and we will return for the lunch.
In the evening we will embark towards Posada Amazonas. It has supper and It spends the night.
Sixth Day: Out
Return to Puerto Maldonado and transfer to the airport.
