March 13th-21st

Day 1: Saturday 13^th

Pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel. Breefing.
At 1:30PM We will start our city tour of antique Cusco, including Haucaypata (Plaza de Armas), Qorikancha, Qusikancha, Tupac Yupanky, Hatunrumiyoc, Sapantiana, Manco Capac Temple and other unique areas of Cusco
At 6:30PM we will reconvene for dinner
At 8PM we will meet for an Archiastronomic exposition.

Day 2: Sunday 14^th
At 9AM we will set out for our Cusco ruins tour. Starting at Qenko, we will walk to Kusiyuchayoc, Laq’o and Inca Carcel
At 1PM we will head back to the center for lunch and the afternoon free to roam the city at leisure and relax
At 6PM we will have a presentation on Andean astronomy in Planetarium Cusco
At 8PM we will have dinner and discuss our various ideas on the presentations

Day 3: Monday 15^th

At 7:30AM we will set out for our Sacred Valley ruins tour
Our first stop will be the Incan ruins of Pisaq
While driving through the beautiful Sacred Valley of the Incas we will stop for a buffet lunch outside of Urubamba town
Early afternoon we will arrive at the ruins of Ollantaytambo
We will then explore the ancient town and have dinner
At 8:30PM we will board the train to Aguas Calientes where we will spend the night

Day 4: Tuesday 16^th

At 5AM we will wake up for the bus to Machu Picchu
At 1:30PM we will head back down to Aguas Calientes for lunch before boarding our train
In Ollantaytambo we will check into our hotel and have dinner
That night we will experience a ritual pago a la tierra

Day 5: Wednesday 17^th

At 10AM we will start our northern ruins tour to Moray and Salineras
We will have a relaxing picnic lunch at Moray
At 5PM we will return to Cusco to check into our hotel and have the evening free
At 8PM we will reconvene for dinner

Day 6: Thursday 18^th

At 9AM we will start our art tour to the Museo de Arte Precolombino, Convento de la Merced and Inca Museum
We will then have lunch before heading out to Waro for the Museo de Piedras Simbólicas
This evening we will return to Cusco for dinner

Day 7: Friday 19^th

At 8AM we will start our tour to the virtually unknown ruins of Killarumiyoc where we will have a relaxing picnic lunch
At 5PM we will return to Cusco to have the evening free
At 8PM we will reconvene for dinner

Day 8: Saturday 20^th

At 8AM we will leave for our southern ruins tour to Pikillacta, Racchi and Tipón
At Racchi we will have a picnic lunch
That evening we will return to Cusco for our farewell dinner.

Day 9: Sunday 21^st

At 6AM we will head up to Saqsaywaman for sunrise
At 9AM we will return to Cusco for the rest of the morning free and our final lunch before your flight.
